Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item - on the reverse of your invoice is our returns and exchange form - you need to complete the exchange part of the form with the item(s) you would like in exchange for the returned item. Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange value is of a lesser value than the returned item(s) we will refund to the original credit card details used to pay for the original order. Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange item(s) are of a higher value than the returned items(s) we will charge the card details used to pay for the original order with the difference.
