How do I return an item?

On the reverse of the invoice, which is placed inside your parcel, is our return and exchanges form - If you are returning an item to Tooti Boo you will need to complete the returns form, stating your reason for return and enclose it with your returned item(s). If you are returning an item you believe is faulty please try to give us as much information regarding what you believe the fault is so we can speak with the supplier.

We always include a FREEPOST returns label with your order - you need to use this to return the unwanted item(s) back to Tooti Boo - secure it over your address on the original packaging - please make sure everything is secure.

Take the parcel to the Post Office and obtain a free Certificate of Posting
