We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not please follow our returns guidelines

Returns are at customer own cost
Our Returns period is within 28 days from you receiving the item(s).
Items should be unworn, unwashed and with all the original labels still attached.
- A Certificate Of Posting should be obtained when returning items

Step 1. Included with your invoice is our returns and exchange form – If you are returning an item to Tooti Boo you need to complete the returns form, stating your reason for return, and enclose it with your returned item(s). Please ensure the item(s) being returned are unworn (apart from trying on, of course), unwashed and in perfect condition – Ladies please take care as soiled or marked goods will not be refunded
All labels must be intact. If you are returning an item you believe is faulty please try to give us as much information regarding what you believe the fault is so we can speak with the supplier.
If you are returning an item where you require an exchange item(s) please complete the exchange order form.
Step 2. Pop to the Post Office (Royal Mail) ensuring that you have the full Tooti Boo return address (Tooti Boo Ltd, Claro Court Business Centre, Claro Road, Harrogate, HG1 4BA) and send your parcel.

Postage and packaging is not refundable on returned items. (Please note that if you are exchanging an item you will not be charged any further postage)
Gift boxed charges are non refundable in the case of returning an item.
For exchange orders there is no additional postage to pay.
If you are returning an item for exchange our target period for dealing with returns and exchanges is 7 days (stock permitting for exchanges)
Refunds for any returned item(s) will be made in the same manner in which the original order was paid for ie. Credit card.
Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange item(s) are of a lesser value than the returned item(s) we will refund to the original credit card details used to pay for the original order.
Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange item(s) are of a higher value than the returned item(s) we will charge the card details used to pay for the original order with the difference.
If you’ve lost your original paper work – email us or telephone us on 0845 643 1818 and we will supply the original invoice number or order number or simply put a note in with your returned package detailing your name, address, email address and what you want to do ie refund/exchange – it always helps to know why you are returning the item(s). Please note it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely.
Overseas returns – you will need to pay the return postage costs – please return your parcel to:-
