Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you are not please follow our returns guidelines.
- Returns are at the customer’s own cost.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and with all original labels still attached.
- Our returns period is within 28 days from you receiving the item(s).
- A certificate of Posting should be obtained when returning items.
Please note that swimwear, briefs, shorts, thongs and wholesale job lots are non returnable.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Please inspect the goods as soon as you receive them. Damaged or defective goods should be returned immediately and we should be notified within our 28-day return period. At our discretion we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price.

Please note that:
Parcels being returned remain your responsibility until we safely receive them. Therefore we recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel. If you have any queries regarding returning goods you can email us at sales@tootiboo.com or telephone us on 0845 643 1818. This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

For exchange orders there is no extra postage to pay.
If you are returning an item for exchange our target period for dealing with returns and exchanges is 7 - 14 days (stock permitting).
Refunds for any returned items will be made in the same manner in which the original order was paid for ie. Credit card, Paypal.
Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange item(s) are of a lesser value than the returned item(s) we will refund the original credit card/Paypal details used to pay for the original order.
Where you have requested an exchange and the exchange item(s) are of a higher value than the returned item(s) we will charge the Credit card/Paypal details used to pay for the original order with the difference.
If you have lost your original paperwork – email or telephone us on 0845 643 1818 and we will supply the original invoice number or order number or simply put a note in with your returned package detailing your name, company name (if applicable) address, email address and what you want to do ie refund/exchange. – it always helps to know why you are returning item(s).
